The person whom you want to reach
You're told is unavailable.
He's either out or busy -
That's a fact that's unassailable.

You leave a message at the beep
And hope that it was trailable.
You'd like a phone call back but do not
Want to be travailable.

In modern times like these
A person often is unnailable.
There's not much we can do;
The situation isn't wailable.

And so we mustn't let ourselves
Succumb to be derailable
'Cause soon enough, that person will
Again become available.
