The weatherman said it might snow,
A
rarity now, you should know,
So
I put on my boots
And
set off on my routes,
For
I had a few places to go.
Well,
some flakes did fall down from the sky,
So
the forecast was not quite a lie,
But
it never did stick
And
it ended real quick
Since
the winter rules cease to apply.
In
a week it’s officially spring
And
who knows what the weather will bring,
Though
there’s always a chance
That
to water the plants
There’ll
be snowflakes, which Nature can swing.
