When you’re getting half the story
You
fill in the missing parts,
Though
you’re bound to get things wrong
Not
knowing where it ends or starts.
If
you jump to a conclusion,
Which
is natural to do,
You
may, later on, discover
That
your thinking was askew.
Still,
we bow to human nature
And
must fill in all the gaps,
Knowing
very well the dangers
Caused
by half-the-story traps.
