Calling Card

A splotch of white on my front deck,
Its brightness quite exquisite,
Has let me know that recently,
A bird's dropped by to visit.

I don't know if he planned to stay
Or was just passing through,
But what he left behind announced,
"Here's something just for you!"

A calling card from feathered friend,
Though lacking couth and class,
Deserves a nod of admiration
For it's sure got sass!
