Covered
with a field of sheep
Which
are white but with black faces,
Doing
fine without Bo Peep.
All
are sized about the same except
For
one that’s rather large,
Fully
black but with a shamrock
On
his back, like he’s in charge.
It’s
a souvenir from Ireland
Purchased
in a Dublin shop.
It
prepared me for their weather,
Though
it never rained a drop.
Still,
whenever there’s a drizzle
Or
a downpour, I’m brought back
To
that lovely visit seeing sheep,
All
white, with faces black.
